Deutzia Scabra Hedging Shrub. A beautiful bushy shrub with a profusion of dense small white flowers. It makes a spectacular show in any border! They can grow up to 2m tall – but are easy to trim and keep much smaller. Flowering from May to July Deutzia is hardy – and will grow in almost any soil type and location.

Product Details

Deutzia is a hardy plant – making them perfect for long-term borders in your garden. Alternatively you can be plant them in pots to add spots of colour around your garden. Just make sure you have good drainage!

This is a highly ornamental and showy shrub and will be a delightful addition to any garden

Deutzia are perfect for planting in groups as well as individual specimens. Just make sure you leave a little space between the roots if planting together.

Keep them well watered – especially in the Spring and Summer and in the first year of planting. Deutzia can be pruned back harshly after the flowering season. Make sure you cut back shoots to strong buds and younger growth.

For best results plant with Rootgrow gel – it increases the growth rate by up to 50% and really helps the plants establish!
