Fertiliser:
Lawn fertilisers can generally be divided into two groups of two – Spring and Summer treatments and Autumn and Winter treatments and with or without Iron, which kills moss and some broad-leafed weeds.
Spring and Summer feeds encourage a lush top growth and the Autumn and Winter feeds encourage root growth for a lovely lawn in the Spring and Summer.
You can use Autumn and Winter products all year round but you can’t use Spring and Summer feeds when the grass isn’t growing.
Compost:
All of our compost is peat-free. We only supply Melcourts compost as we feel this is the best on the market. We have everything from premium growing-mediums to bark mulch and manure.
